Mojito de abacaxi

O mojito de abacaxi é uma variação do clássico mojito, que inclui sumo ou pedaços de abacaxi. Esta versão refrescante do cocktail acrescenta um toque tropical ao sabor aromático do mojito.

Mojito de manga com maracujá

Para se obter um mojito de manga com maracujá, é preciso macerar, na fase inicial, a hortelã com uma colher de polpa de maracujá. Adiciona-se, posteriormente, 50 mililitros de sumo concentrado de maracujá, 100 mililitros de xarope de manga, o açúcar e o rum. A restante preparação é igual à do mojito tradicional.

Mojito virgem

De modo a preparar-se um mojito virgem, são necessárias folhas de hortelã, 30 mililitros de sumo de lima, 100 gramas de framboesas e mirtilos congelados, uma colher de café de açúcar de coco e 100 mililitros de água com gás. Primeiro, é importante macerar as folhas de hortelã, o sumo de limão e o açúcar num copo com a ajuda do muddler. Depois, preenche-se o copo com os frutos vermelhos e adiciona-se a água com gás. A decoração pode ser igual à do mojito tradicional.
