For a Bloody Maria, use 60 ml of tequila, 120 ml of tomato juice, 15 ml of lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, 5 ml of horseradish sauce, two dashes of celery salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a Collins glass with ice. Garnish the rim of the glass with salt and pepper and add a celery stick.

To make a Bloody Caesar, use 60 ml of vodka, 120 ml of tomato juice, 15 ml of lemon juice, seven drops of hot sauce, three dashes of Worcestershire sauce, two dashes of celery salt, and pepper. Combine all ingredients in a glass, double strain into a Collins glass with ice., and garnish with pickled green beans.
