A Bitter Strawberry Spritz is made with 30 ml of Gin, 23 ml of strawberry syrup, 15 ml of lemon juice, 60 ml of soda water, a bit of Peychaud's Bitters, and lemon peel and strawberry for garnish. In a shaker, mix the gin, strawberry syrup and lemon juice. Shake well and pour into a cocktail or champagne glass. Add soda water and a bit of Peychaud's Bitters on top.
