Bloody Maria
For a Bloody Maria, use 60 ml of tequila, 120 ml of tomato juice, 15 ml of lemon juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, 5 ml of horseradish sauce, two dashes of celery salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a Collins glass with ice. Garnish the rim of the glass with salt and pepper and add a celery stick.
Red Snapper
A Red Snapper consists of 60 ml of gin, 120 ml of tomato juice, 15 ml of lemon juice, 7 ml of simple syrup, four dashes of Worcestershire sauce, seven drops of hot sauce, two dashes of celery salt, and pepper. Mix all ingredients in a shaker with ice and strain into a Collins glass with ice. Garnish the rim with salt and pepper.
